Can anyone tell me where i plae the help files now that I have downloaded them

In windows: All Script-fus/gradients/palettes/plug-ins/and many more things goes ot Document and Settings -> YOUR USER -> .gimp-VERSION In linux: Show hidden files in home directory .gimp-VERSION cd ~/.gimp-2.4 -- Some GIMP Tutorials
