Can't submit new plugin

Hi,
This is probably trivial problem but I failed to upload my plugin here, I read in http://registry.gimp.org/node/23851: "...Check out the "Create Content" menu.....", but I dont know where this menu is. Is it a problem of my web browser (Opera + firefos) or OS - linux, or anything else?

Please let me know, I would really like to submit my work

It should be directly under your name (after login) in the left sidebar on the screen.

After looking at your account, the reason was clear: your account hasn't registered as being validated. I re-sent your validation link, so please look for it (it might end up in your spam folder). Once your account is validated you should see the Create content options on your left pane.
