How to make a picture black & white picture while having certain objects still in color?

You can do it the easy way by using the color select in the upper right corner right click copy convert the image as black and white the right click and paste as new layer. if there is more than one color cut it with the free hand which is the one that looks like a rope and then copy paste as new layer. that is the easy way
